Semi – automatic packaging line PAMERLINE 10

The operator arranges the goods to be packed on the packing machine arm and presses (with both hands) buttons responsible for pushing the package through the film screen (thanks to servo-motors) to the other side of the work-bench. Simultaneously, the automatic clamp is launched in order to stabilize the package during the sealing. Then, the packing machine arm returns to its initial position while the operator presses the buttons with both hands once again in order to lower the sealing bar and cut the film. Thanks to that, the packing machine is compliant with the highest safety requirements. This is how goods are packed in a heat-shrinkable film. The film shrinks on the package under the heat in the shrink tunnel chamber and then is cooled (here, the package takes its final shape) and moved to the roller output table.
