The wrapping machine is equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controlling the machine operation. It is destined for wrapping all types of loads on pallets in stretch film and grip. Thanks to the simple construction of the carriage with film, you will mechanically set the constant film stretch without need to modify it during the roller replacement. Platform „O” is dedicated for pallets loading with fork­lift trucks. Optionally, you may integrate the wrapper with a ramp or an inlet mould in order to enable manually­controlled devices getting on the turntable.

The mechanical stretch film type „200”

A basic system of mechanical film pre­stretching between the dispensing roller and the load. Performed by means of a mechanical break with regulated friction intensity. When replacing the roller, you do not have to re­calibrate the stretch level . You may precisely adjust the stretch level with a knob.
