Capping machine PCS

The capper closes packaging in a continuous motion. Packaging units are transported on the conveyor with additional support provided by side belts, which separate them adequately. Caps are dispensed manually or by a sorter (vibration, cascading or mechanical cap sorter) – tailored to the cap. The cap is tightened on the way to prevent the fluid from being spilled over. The capping machine can handle different threaded caps depending on their type and diameter. The capper may operate continuously – non-stop or in the start-stop mode. Its capacity is determined by the number of heads. To ensure correct closing, you fix the capping torque with the control panel. The machine is equipped with closing control system, which alerts the operator, if the product is closed incorrectly. The capping machine ensures transparent and simple replacement of the formatting elements.
