Automatic production line FILCAP-X

Automated production line dedicated mostly for cosmetic and chemical industry for packing the liquids, e.g.: balm, milk, lotion, shampoo, soap, tonic, etc. It serves for packing liquids and capping small-size, unstable, non-standard packaging not suitable for conditioning in a linear system. The line is composed of the system of fillers equipped with mass or electromagnetic flow meters, whose quantity depends on the capping system capacity, which is strictly adjusted to the type of cap.

Additionally, the filling and capping line may be equipped with labelling machine, which applies labels on both sides or wraps them around depending on the packaging. The machine is equipped with a pump and an intermediate container, from which the appropriate amount of liquid is pumped out. FILCAP-X is perfect for conditioning short series of products and frequently changing assortment. The machine adjustment does not require any tools, which streamlines the production process. The line includes formatting elements dedicated to specific types of packaging (pucks), whose quantity depends on the line length, the number of fillers and capacity. The packaging units move on the transporter; filled in and capped units are transported by conveyor belts to be labelled or packed in the next step.
