Automatic packaging line PAMERLINE INDEX

The packing machine is equipped in index conveyor thanks to which it may pick single products in bags and then form them in a pre-set multi-pack. Prepared multi-pack is enclosed in a film sleeve and then the film is sealed and cut-off. Then, the formed package is transported on the conveyor belt to the shrink tunnel chamber, shrink-wrapped, cooled and moved to the roller output table. The table may be powered or passive while the multi-pack is being prepared for palletising. The process is fully automated. The packer is ideal for packing products made on a mass scale. It solves the problem of low capacity of traditional packing techniques and shortens the production cycle.
