Machine capabilities
Automated packing line PAMERLINE 20 consists of packing machine and shrink conveyor tunnel TF 600x400x1500 or TF 600x400x2000. The line is designed for packing single units (bottles, cans, jars) in multi-packs wrapped in a heat-shrinkable film. The machine automatically forms multi-packs and “encloses” them in a film sleeve. The formed package is moved to the shrink tunnel chamber and it is wrapped in a heat-shrinkable film. The location of the piston is determined by means of the electromagnetic sensors. The applied solutions and technical improvements guarantee high quality and reliability of the machine. It is also user-friendly and safe.
The packing line consists of the following components:
- Products separator preventing jams
- Multi-packs separating system (in line with pre-set parameters)
- You may pack several types of products with one machine
- Adapted to continuous and failure-free operation
- Easy access for cleaning and maintenance
- Low usage of spare parts and consumables
- Elements which have direct contact with product made of stainless steel
- Integrated control system for setting tunnel and packer parameters
