Automatic packaging line PAMERLINE 15

The line has an additional passive input conveyor, which may operate separately as an autonomous machine. The machine automatically collects goods from the belt conveyor of the previous machine in the production line and “encloses” them in a film sleeve and moves them to the output table. Then, the formed package is transported on the conveyor belt to the shrink tunnel chamber, shrink-wrapped and cooled (here, the package takes its final shape) and moved to the roller output table. The process is fully automated. It solves the problem of low capacity of traditional packing techniques and makes the production cycle much shorter.
