Automated capping machines constitute part of the production line. They serve for sealing tightly the packaging already filled in with a product (e.g.: with the filling or pouring machine). Depending on the cap type, the capping process may occur in two ways; a cap is automatically picked from the cassette or a cap is placed manually by the operator and tighten up. Our capping machines can handle various types of caps, such as: flip-top, standard, safe, trigger, etc. The moving packaging (bottle, canister, container) is capped on a continuous or start-stop basis. Automated capping machine is equipped with an elevator and sorting device, which transports, sorts and feeds a packaging to the capping head with no operator’s interference.
