Automatic Case Packer CP-30

Automatic Case Packer CP-30 is destined for high performance packing of units in collective packaging. If operated in an appropriate way, the machine is able to fill the collective packaging to the maximum. On the infeed conveyor, a case in vertical position is rotated 90° by means of specially-designed stars. Then, another set of stars moves a pile of products. The cases get positioned and are pushed off the machine with a 4-axis pusher to carriages transporting the package. Meanwhile, a collective box is picked up thanks to pneumatic suction nozzles and unfolded. As soon as the seat finds itself in the right position, each package is pushed to the box with an arm. The packaging gets filled in. Next, internal flaps are folded. Glue is applied and internal flaps are folded and closed. Tight collective packaging is ready. Glue may be replaced with an adhesive tape. The case former may operate individually or as a part of the process line. Each cycle involves a set of smooth operations making up highly efficient packing system. The machine offers a top-of-the-range safety system.
