Automatic packaging line PAMERLINE X-1

AX-1 automatically collects units from the conveyor belt by means of a grip. Next, the product is pushed through the film mouthpiece. At the end of the packing process, a film sleeve is welded in order to close the product inside. Then, a ready package is transported on the tunnel conveyor to the heating chamber. The package gets heat-shrunk, passed through the cooling system (where it gets its final shape) and, finally, transported to the roller table. The process is fully automated and does not require human intervention. The machine has three operating modes. First, so-called „WELD” allowing for the operator’s manual film welding to begin or end the packing cycle. Second, MANUAL, in which the machine performs a single packing cycle. In order to repeat the cycle, you have to press START. Third, AUTOMATED, delays the following cycle; the operator does not have to press START to repeat the cycle. The machine will start the packing cycle after the lapse of the pre-set waiting time. The machine is equipped with microprocessor-based control system, multi-packs counter, operation control system, and a solid stay relay. The application of the homeothermal welder and the automated film unwinding system speeds up and enhances the process of packing. The packing machine is used for packing on a mass scale. It solves the problem of low capacity of traditional packing techniques and makes the production cycle much shorter. The line is equipped with electrical devices and the point-of-operation guard in compliance with the EU standards.
