Machine capabilities
Machine automatically groups single units in multi-packs. Beforehand, unwound and cut-off film is wrapped around the product. No sealing and cutting is performed while the film is being wrapped, which boosts the capacity. Then, the formed multi-pack is transported to the heat-shrink tunnel. The film is heat-shrunk on the multi-pack as it is passing through the heat chamber. Servo-motors make the process run swiftly. Thanks to the applied solutions and technical improvements the operation is absolutely safe. The failure-free system meets the highest standards set by our most demanding Customers.
