Automated capping machine TG-1 is dedicated mostly to pump and trigger caps.
Capper TG-1 has an in-built caps transporter. Caps may be fed manually or by an automated dispenser consisting of a robot equipped with a camera or a specialist sorter. When it gets to a certain position, the grip collects it and puts it into the packaging. At the same time, it is supported by the centrator, thanks to which the tube is straightened and positioned centrally in the packaging. It is extremely useful when the tube is highly deformed. Filled in packaging units are separately transported on the conveyor. Caps are tightened by the servo-motors-driven system in line with a pre-set capping torque. It may be equipped with a roller side capper in order to boost performance.
