Filling line F-X

Filler F-X serves for filling purposes in various industries (e.g.: cosmetic, chemical, food). It is destined for filling empty packaging with a set dose of a given fluid. Due to its structure, the filler may be adjusted to handle different types of packaging (e.g.: glass bottles, canisters, PET bottles). The machine is equipped with an appropriate number of fillers of a given diameter depending on the type of fluid, packaging and performance. The appropriate quantity of packaging, depending on the number of fillers, stops under the dosing system. Then, the fillers move down vertically to the interior of the packaging and then the filing cycle starts according to the formula fixed with the control system. When the filling is over, the fillers move up leaving the nozzle inside the packaging. When the cycle ends, the filling system returns to its initial position. When the next lot of packaging is moving in, the fillers wait over the drip tray in order to prevent the liquid from dripping. The machine operates while utilizing intermediate container, to which the fluid is pumped into from the main container. The intermediate container is equipped with sensors which control the quantity of fluid and engage the pump at the right moment, depending on the liquid level.
